Government Communications and Public Engagement (GCPE) administers Standing Arrangements for graphic design services that apply to all ministries.

Who can buy from this supply arrangement?

  • B.C. government ministries

What can I buy?

Services provided include, but are not limited to: 

  • Design and layout of the following:
    • Print materials (brochures, posters, fact sheets, reports, direct mail)
    • Web materials (digital graphics, web banners, digital ads, web design)
    • Event/conference materials (large scale displays, banners, poster boards)
    • Informational illustrations (data visualization, infographics, flowcharts)
    • Presentation materials (On-screen presentations, handouts)
    • Accessible materials (accessible PDFs, accessible colour palettes)
    • Animation (motion graphics, animation, videos, mixed format, virtual reality)
  • Projects with:
    • Complex design or conceptual needs;
    • Underdeveloped content;
    • Projects with multiple revisions (and approval cycles); or
    • A substantial amount of work required within an immediate turnaround.

Core Policy

  • Note: Section 22.3 of CPPM Policy Chapter 22: Communications and Public Engagement states that “any materials prepared for public consumption, regardless of the medium used, must be approved by GCPE, through the GCPE Communications Director assigned to the ministry”.
