About MyPerformance Profile

MyPerformance Profile is the tool for recording conversations with your supervisor about job expectations, goals, learning and development plans and overall performance. It has:

• a descriptive rating scale designed by employees;
• a streamlined form with fewer boxes in a tabbed format;
• only one sign off at year-end; and
• spell check!  

There are a few things to keep in mind:

1. Everyone needs to create a MyPerformance Profile at the beginning of the cycle.
2. Ministry cycle times vary so if you are unsure about the dates of your ministry please check with your supervisor.
3. All employees are required to participate in the MyPerformance  conversations, which include:
   1. the planning, focussing and review discussions
   2. Reviewing and rating conversation and sign-off of their Profile.
