ISST - The Basics


We are the ISST. ISST means Integrated Services Support Team. We help people with developmental disabilities solve problems they may have with the services they receive from CLBC and any other B.C. government services like housing and disability assistance.

How to Get Help from the ISST.

Do one of the following things:


Phone us. Our phone number is 1-855-356-1635. This is a free phone number. An answering machine will answer you. You will need to leave us a message with your name and telephone number. One of the people on the team will call you back within two days.

Send us an email.
Our email address is isst@gov.bc.ca. Please tell us your name, your telephone number, and a little bit about your problem or concerns. We will email or phone you back within two days.

Fill out our online form.
This is a long form with many questions. If you have a hard time with forms, you may need to ask someone for help. Get the form. At the end of the form, you can click a button to send the form to us through the computer. Once we have the form, we will phone or email you within two days.
