Independent boards, commissions and tribunals established by government to perform arbitration, regulation or a similar function.  The provincial government appoints at least one representative to these agencies.

The Tribunal Performance Framework and Remuneration Plan outlines how remuneration is set and managed for tribunals that report to the Attorney General. It establishes minimum and maximum remuneration rates, and sets criteria for how and when appointees move through the remuneration ranges.
