Operators with a passenger transportation licence can apply to add vehicles to their existing licence.

Add a Vehicle to a General Authorization Licence

Licensees who want to increase the number of vehicles operated under a general authorization licence are not required to file an application or advise the Commercial Passenger Vehicle Program. If you have added vehicles to your fleet, send the new vehicle documentation in along with your annual licence renewal.

Make sure vehicles added to the fleet operate in accordance with the licence. At any time the Registrar may request vehicle documentation.

Add a Passenger-Directed Vehicle to a Special Authorization Licence

It’s recommended that you delay vehicle purchase, lease or rental until after you have approval.

Once you've completed the applications, include the $200 application fee. Applications will not be accepted until the application fee is processed. The application fee is non-refundable once an application has been accepted.
