SIRequest Mobile App

Downloading the SIRequest Mobile App

The free SIRequest mobile app for iPhones is available on the Apple App Store. For Android phones, the mobile app is available on Google Play. Users with an IDIR account will have direct single-sign-on (SSO) access to the app. Users without an IDIR account will first have to register with a username and password through the online web portal.

  1. Download the app.
  2. Input the Customer ID: 629
  3. Select English as the Language.
  4. Click Save.

IDIR Access

Registration and Login

Users with an IDIR account will have direct single-sign-on (SSO) access to the app. No registration is required.

  1. Enter your IDIR credentials.
  2. Select Sign In.

Non-IDIR Access

Registration and Login

Users without an IDIR account will first have to register with a username and password through the online web portal. You must be registered via the online web portal to access the mobile app.

  1. The app defaults to the single-sign-on page. Select “Done” on the bottom left of the screen to get the regular sign in page.
  2. Enter the username and password selected when registering via the online web portal.
  3. Select Login.
