Post-Secondary Central Data Warehouse

The Post-Secondary Central Data Warehouse contains standardized data relating to student demographics, programs, credentials, courses, session registration and campuses for 21 public post-secondary institutions in B.C.

Data is updated in May and October.

The submission process is centralized – the Ministry of Advanced Education provides data on behalf of contributing institutions to the federal government’s Post-Secondary Student Information System. Data is submitted annually after the October data collection cycle.

Privacy: Individual students cannot be identified – student names are not included and any other student-level data is encrypted.
