Current cross ministry eligibility lists
Last updated on April 18, 2024Cross ministry eligibility lists are a list of applicants who applied for a competition, passed the assessment(s), and who are suitable for similar roles across the BC Public Service.
Cross ministry eligibility lists are intended to increase the ability to hire in an expeditious manner, as well as increase employees’ ability to access promotional opportunities across the BC Public Service.
When filling available vacancies through a cross ministry eligibility list, the vacancy:
- Must be the same classification level
- Must have similar accountabilities
- Must have the same job requirements (i.e., education and experience)
- Must be permanent
