BC Public Service employees are committed to maintaining and enhancing the trust and confidence of British Columbians. In support of the ethics framework, resources are available to help employees understand their unique roles and responsibilities, and equip them with the knowledge and resources to make informed decisions.

There are four compliance courses that BC Public Service employees are required to complete:

These courses ensure that all employees have a clear understanding of workplace expectations and they are familiar with the latest versions of the Standards of Conduct and other core policies.

In addition to the four compliance courses, there are a number of courses that address different aspects of the ethics framework, including human resource administration, information technology, privacy, and finance/procurement.

Employees can access all required compliance courses and ethics-related learning through the Learning System (IDIR restricted).
