Applying for an exemption or termination of obligation under the Sex Offender Information Registration Act

If you want to apply for an exemption or to terminate your obligation you must do so at a court registry.

You must provide court registry staff with the notice or order informing you of your obligation to comply with the Sex Offender Information Registration Act, so it is important you keep a copy of it.
