Youth Rights

People involved in the youth justice system have all the legal rights of those involved in the adult justice system. In fact, they are given even greater protection in the youth justice system. This section provides information that will help you understand your rights as a youth accused or found guilty of a crime, as a parent or as a victim of a crime committed by a youth.
