A collaborative effort is required to design and build an authentication solution that will work for your organization.

There are many technical details involved in this kind of integration. Your IT department, developers, or vendors who provide technical support will be most interested in this kind of information – it will help them design how the solution will work best with your systems.

A series of information sessions and joint presentations with the IDIM team will help:

Identify key project roles and requirements
Provide an overview of the implementation process

Prepare for your first meeting by completing a Client Onboarding Questionnaire for your online service. Please answer the questions as best you can. At this stage, the goal is just to get an idea of your client and business needs.
