Office of the Seniors Advocate

Seniors who have issues accessing health care services or with the health care they received can call the Office of the Seniors Advocate to receive advice for timely resolution of problems. If you want to learn more about the Office of the Seniors, go to Seniorsadvocatebc.ca

One of the purposes of the Office of the Seniors Advocate is to provide a single provincial phone line that will allow seniors and their families to report concerns about care, and to provide such clients with direct support and timely follow-up through to resolution.
