Letter of Permission/Teaching Permit Information

A teaching permit may be issued to someone who is not a certified teacher for up to one school year when a certified teacher is not available for a specific position at a particular school.

The public online registry provides information about teachers, including the status of their certificate or letter of permission and any record of disciplinary action.
