Project Scope: This project includes a full structural seismic upgrade to Block 2 along with a non-structural seismic upgrade of the building and the replacement of Block 3 with a 1192m2 addition. Students will stay on-site and no temporary portables will be needed during construction.

Estimated Project Value: $12.85 million
