Project Scope: This project includes the construction of a full replacement school with an increased capacity of 195 seats for a total of 390 student seats. The new school also includes an expanded gym and a Neighbourhood Learning Centre (NLC) that will be used to benefit the broader community by providing services such as child care. The replacement school will be built to an equivalency of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold standards or better, with Greenhouse Gas Emission (GHG) reduction strategies.
