PARP Hearing Breakdown Sheet

Many property owners who participate in a PARP hearing for the first time are not aware of the process and procedures that take place during a typical property assessment complaint hearing. The amount of time allocated for a residential property assessment complaint is typically 30 minutes in total though in some cases, more time may be allocated or provided.
To assist the participants to a Property Assessment Review Panel hearing, a Hearing Breakdown sheet has been created to outline the 5 sections of a hearing and the approximate amount of time allocated to each part of the hearing. The timing shown is an estimated breakdown of the hearing and is a guideline that may vary depending on the Panel and how it divides up the time provided for the actual hearing.
