Applicant Guidelines

Before applying, please read the Applicant Inventory Overview. The following guidelines ensure an effective and smooth inventory process for all applicants:

Applicants Must Respond to Correspondence

You must respond to correspondence for assessment and selection processes. If you do not respond to correspondence, this indicates to the hiring team that you are not interested in inventory opportunities. If you are withdrawing your name from an inventory, please notify the hiring team through AskMyHR. Current employees should submit an AskMyHR service request. Include the title of the inventory in your subject line.

Applicants Must Attend Assessment & Selection Processes

You must attend assessment and selection processes. If you do not attend assessment and selection processes without prior notification, this will indicate to the hiring team that you are not interested in available opportunities.

Applications Will Not Be Placed on Hold

While actively recruiting for inventory positions, we will not accept requests to place applications on hold. If you are not available, your application will be removed from consideration.

The above guidelines may be updated. Any changes will be posted and effective immediately. Individual inventories may have specific or additional guidelines.

Applicant information is protected under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Information is kept confidential and will only be used for the purpose of filling positions. Resumes and any other information (such as assessment results) will only be referred to a hiring manager if an individual is being considered for a position.
