Peace Moberly Tract Withdrawn from Disposition

Effective March 8, 2016, by Ministerial Order (M 086), the Ministry has withdrawn from disposition the Crown reserves of petroleum and natural gas, oil sand, oil sand products, oil shale and oil shale products in the disposition zones underlying the gas spacing units that, in whole or in part, are within the Peace Moberly Tract in accordance with Section 72(1) of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act.
