Access Instructions for Non-Ministry Users

As of November 2022, eligible external users of the Health and Human Services Library will require Business BCeID login credentials to access the library website and electronic resources.

If you do not have Business BCeID login credentials, your organization can register for Business BCeID here. Before registering, please check if your organization already has a Business BCeID in the Business BCeID Directory.
