Pharmacist

Pharmacists are responsible for compounding prescriptions and dispensing drugs in accordance with professional standards. They check all prescriptions for, and maintain strict control of narcotics and barbiturates to ensure compliance with legislation covering these drugs. Pharmacists maintain appropriate records for all drugs that are dispensed and perform other related duties as required.
