Location: Sailor Bar and Saddle Rock Tunnels - approximately 30 km north (eastbound) of Hope.

Description: Removal of all existing electrical infrastructure within the tunnels; installation of new LED lighting systems and LED lighting improvements, and installation of luminaire poles, conduits and electrical service kiosk outside of the tunnels (within the immediate area - just beyond the gravel shoulder).
