Forms for amending prior oil and gas production periods

Use these forms to amend information or reports for producing months before October 2018. Amendments to the October 2018 producing month or later must be filed through Petrinex.

If you did not originally file information or report for a producing month before October 2018, but should have, use these forms to file the information or return.

When submitting an amendment, you may be required to resubmit an entire form or only the changed information. Unless otherwise stated, you must resubmit the entire form. Refer to the guides for individual form instructions.

Note: We may validate or audit amendments up to 84 months from the production period.

BC-S1, Monthly production statement

Don’t re-submit the entire BC-S1; list only those well events with amended volumes, including all products for the amended well event.
