BC-22, Application for Producer Cost of Service
The BC-22 application serves two purposes for facility operators:
- You use the BC-22 to apply for the producer cost of service (PCOS) allowance when a reporting facility starts operating
- You use the BC-22 to report any equipment added or removed from an existing reporting facility
If you are applying for the PCOS allowance, you must apply by the last day of the month following the month the reporting facility starts operating.
If you are reporting equipment additions or removal for an existing reporting facility, you must submit the BC-22 by December 31 of each year you have equipment changes.
If the due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or statutory holiday, the due date is the next business day.
File your reports by the due date to ensure you receive the PCOS allowance.
If you need to amend your BC-22, contact us to find out how to make an amendment.
Keep working papers and supporting documentation until you obtain written permission for their disposal in the event that you are audited.
