Court operations
Effective April 11, 2022, wearing a mask at B.C. Courthouses will be a personal choice. Within a courtroom, masks are also a personal choice unless directed otherwise by the presiding judicial officer.
All entrances to courthouses will be open.
To reduce the need to physically attend the courthouse, the court registry accepts filings through Court Services Online, mail or fax.
