Vancouver Justice Access Centre
The Vancouver JAC is located in the Provincial Court building on the north side of Smithe Street between Hornby and Howe streets. This entrance is open during the hours shown below.
It can also be entered from 800 Hornby Street, which is located in the middle of the block between Smithe and Hornby streets. This entrance is open between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Monday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesday 8 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
Wednesday 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Thursday 8 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Please note the self-help room at the Vancouver Justice Access Centre is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please come in person. Self-help and information services are not available by telephone.
The centre serves Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. If you can’t travel to the centre, call for information.
