Chief Inspector's annual reports

The Chief Inspector of Mines is appointed by the Minister of Energy, Mines and Low Carbon Innovation to administer the Mines Act and the Health, Safety and Reclamation Code for Mines in British Columbia. The Chief Inspector is also the Executive Director of the Mines Health, Safety and Enforcement Division's Health and Safety Branch.
