If you require immediate crisis assistance, please dial 310-6789 (no area code is required) to connect to the B.C. mental health crisis line, which operates 24 hours a day.
For medical emergencies call 9-1-1.

This online map of B.C. child and youth mental health and substance use services provides information on services that are provided directly through the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD), health authorities and community agencies. Only services funded by MCFD and health authorities are shown on the map.

To learn more about a service provider's programs, please visit their website or contact them directly, especially regarding intake procedures. The map shows a number of mental health intake Entry Points currently established across the province (service providers that can see you without an appointment).

Click on the green button below to open the map and see an overview of the entire province. On the right hand side of the map you will see 'How to Use This Map' for guidance. Zooming in on the map and clicking a location marker allows you to see the contact information and a brief description of the child and youth services offered at that location. Search options are also available.

If you do not see the services that you are seeking in your home community, for additional guidance please consult a local family physician or contact a service provider that the map shows to be in a nearby community.
