How your input is used and your privacy protected
How Is My Input Used?
When you complete the online questionnaire, your answers are stored in a secure government location. Only authorized employees can view any part of your answers.
When you complete and submit the questionnaire, an authorized government employee reviews each response and removes any personal information (name and address) from the questionnaire answers. Your personal information is stored in a secure location so that we can get in touch with you if you make a request under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Your personal information is not used in any other way.
All other identifying information, such as names of people or locations, is removed from your answers.
Your input, along with other information, will be considered in the drug review process.
Is My Privacy Protected?
All personal information is collected and used in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Your name, address and postal code are collected only to
- restrict input to residents of B.C.
- allow us to respond to any request you make under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act
No personal information is disclosed.
