NRS Risk Registry
The Risk Registry is used to record and manage information for each risk identified.
The registry includes a description of the risk, risk owner, impact, likelihood and consequence ratings, priorities, risk response, and status. Refer to the Risk Management Plan when planning for how the project will address and manage risks.
Standards and Guidelines
The standard is to use the template provided to guide the content of the Risk Registry.
A Risk Register is mandatory for all project levels and categories.
