This service is coordinated by the Procurement Services Branch for front line workers employed by organizations on the CSA Users List who want to self-isolate from their families.

Use this arrangement
Step 1: Confirm that your role qualifies for this rate. Eligible workers must be front line workers employed in:
- B.C. government ministries
- B.C. broader public sector organizations on the CSA Users list
- Rooms are available in limited quantities
- Rates do not include all applicable taxes
Step 3: Phone or email (if available) the property directly to book your room. Identify yourself as a front line worker wanting to self-isolate using the government COVID-19 Relief Rate.
- When checking in, you may be asked to provide proof of employment.

These discounted rates are available only to front line workers employed by organizations on the CSA Users List who want to self-isolate from their families. If you do not identify as one, but want to self-isolate, contact the property directly as they may be able to accommodate your request.
Can I use the government's business accommodation rates instead?
No, if you require accommodations for self-isolation, you cannot use the government's business accommodation rates.
