Port Mann Tolls (TReO)

End of Tolling Notice
Tolls were removed on the Port Mann Bridge on September 1, 2017.

Customers looking for copies of past toll statements, looking for a refund of a credit balance, or who would like to make a payment, can contact the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure.

If you wish to mail in your payment via cheque, here is the information required:

  • Cheque should be made out to Minister of Finance
  • Include your TReO Account # or ICBC AR# on the cheque or the payment cannot be applied
  • Mailing Address: ATTN: TReO @ PO Box 9850 Stn Prov Gov, Victoria BC V8W 9T5

If you are calling to make a payment, please note that we only accept VISA and Mastercard. We are unable to accept the following payment methods: Amex, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Visa/MC Gift Cards, and pre-paid Visa/MC.

Unclaimed Property

The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure manages unclaimed property in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia. They maintain a database of toll accounts that have been left with a credit balance after the end of tolling on the Port Mann Bridge.

By law, they are required to attempt to contact account holders to inform them of an account credit. They consider a credit of $2 or more unclaimed after:

  1. The account holder was sent mail, but it was returned because of a bad address
  2. The account holder was sent a refund cheque, but it has not been cashed
  3. The account holder has not contacted to the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure with regards to the account
