Fees Payable to the Superintendent of Real Estate
The Office of the Superintendent of Real Estate (OSRE) charges fees for the following services:
- Filing disclosure statements
- Retrieving disclosure statements
- Filing Rental Disclosure Statements
- Approving Schedules of Unit Entitlement
- Approving Schedules of Voting Rights
Payment Options
Applicable fees for filings and applications are processed by the Financial Institutions Commission (FICOM).
If paying by credit card, print the credit card payment form (PDF) and attach your filings, applications and/or reference numbers. FICOM accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If paying by cheque, all cheques must be made payable to "The Minister of Finance."
Submit the form to FICOM by mail or fax (details inside form), or call 604 398-5050 to provide your credit card information over the telephone.
To ensure your security and confidentiality, credit card information will not be accepted electronically. Any documents received by email that contain credit card information will be returned to the sender.
Schedule of Fees
All filings and applications made to OSRE must be filed with the required fee.
Under the Real Estate Development Marketing Act:
File an application for exemption under section 20 of the Act in respect of: | |

Under the Strata Property Act:
Obtain approval for a Schedule of Unit Entitlement (Form V) | $200 per schedule |
Obtain approval for a Schedule of Voting Rights (Form W) | $200 per schedule |
File a Rental Disclosure Statement (Form J) or an amendment | $150 |
Obtain a copy of a Rental Disclosure Statement (Form J) or an amendment | $38 |
To obtain copies of filings, submit your request to records@ficombc.ca to receive a reference number.
All fees are non-refundable. If an applicant withdraws a filing or an application, or the filing or application is found to be deficient, fees will not be refunded.
