How to remove your mobile card from mobile devices

There are different ways to remove your mobile card from mobile devices. 

No longer have your mobile card set up on a device?

Sometimes you may no longer have your mobile card set up on a device, but the device will still be listed in your account. For example, if you delete the app before removing your mobile card. 

If you need to remove your mobile card from a device that you no longer have access to, or from a device you deleted the app from before removing the mobile card, contact us.
 

Still have your mobile card on a device?

You can either remove your mobile card in the app, or in your account.

How to remove your mobile card from a device in the app

If you have a device that you no longer need your mobile card on, you can remove it from that device in the BC Services Card app.

You need to:

1. Open the app on the mobile device that you no longer need your mobile card on.

2. Tap on settings in the top right corner.

3. Tap on 'Remove Mobile Card' and confirm you want to remove it.

How to remove your mobile card from devices in your account

In your BC Services Card Account you can see all devices your mobile card is on. You can remove your mobile card from any of the devices listed.

You need to:

1. Go to id.gov.bc.ca and log in to your account. You can do this on your mobile device, or on another device by pairing devices.

2. Go to the "Devices with Mobile Card" page to view all devices with your mobile card.

3. Choose which devices you want to remove your mobile card from.
