Prosnack was established in North Vancouver in 2003, by two marathon runners using their mothers’ recipe. After building up the business over a number of years, it was sold to current owners James Pratt and Alan Maddox, who had previously successfully grown their B.C.-based company Sepp’s Gourmet Foods from a $1 million business to a $92 million business over the course of a decade. With new ownership came new ideas, and today Prosnack continues to grow. The company participates in a recycling program and uses recyclable materials to package their products.
