Well Reports
Under the Groundwater Protection Regulation, the well driller or person responsible is required to submit well reports/records within 90 days after completion of drilling, altering, or decommissioning of a well to the Comptroller of Water Rights. Well reports form the basis of the well record.

Well Report Submission
Please submit the completed well reports:
- Online via Groundwater Wells and Aquifer Application (GWELLS)
- The GWELLS Data Entry Guidelines (PDF, 1.7MB) provide information on how to enter water well information from current Ministry of Environment well record forms into GWELLS Application.
