Sites Services Applications During COVID-19

The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy has revised the definition of a complete submission for the duration of the COVID-19 public health threat to mitigate the challenges faced by clients when preparing and sending paper documentation related to contaminated site service requests.

Applying for Sites Services

Electronic copies only of a completed Contaminated Sites Services Application Form and applicable forms, reports, figures and plans must be sent to the ministry Client Information Officer email address

  • The ministry reserves the right to request paper copies if deemed necessary to complete adequate reviews and decision-making on applications
  • If paper copies are required, the client will be notified by the ministry

The ministry continues to provide uninterrupted service to our clients. Please note that all meetings will be conducted by phone or online.
