BC Tech Fund

The BC Tech Fund is a $101 million venture capital fund that was launched by the B.C. government in 2016. The fund helps grow the tech sector and create jobs by investing in other funds and companies based in B.C.

Kensington was selected using a competitive procurement process, based on its strong performance, experience, and history of investments in B.C. The fund operates under a Limited Partnership Agreement. Under the agreement, Kensington co-invested in the BC Tech Fund with a $1 million commitment.
