Making Changes to Company Information
Be sure to keep company information up to date to maintain a good standing. Most changes are completed online - quick and easy!
Step 1: Select a Form
Find the form for the change you need to make. Even if you will be submitting your changes online, you may wish to fill out a paper copy of the application first to ensure you have everything you need before you start the online process.

The following changes require more explanation. Read more:

Step 2: Submit Your Changes and Payment
Follow the filing and payment instructions on the form. The form will let you know if you should file online or by mail. Please note, all change to extraprovincial companies need to be done by mail.
Online filing (B.C. Companies)
Changes are filed online through Corporate Online and payment may be made by using a Corporate Online account or credit card.
Some types of filing require you to login
If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to set up a customer profile. Instructions are available on the Services Menu page by clicking on the Login button.
