Liquor & Non-medical Cannabis Licensee Education Program
The Licensee Education Program is delivered in communities all across British Columbia. The education sessions provide licensees with practical knowledge to better navigate B.C.’s liquor and non-medical cannabis laws and successfully operate their establishment.
The program currently focuses on topics of interest to food primary and liquor primary licensees, including:
- Updates on recent liquor policy changes
- Providing safe and responsible service
- Keeping a licence in good standing
- Steps to a successful liquor inspection
The program initially focused on Food Primary and Liquor Primary licensees and is currently being expanded to include all other licence types, including non-medical cannabis.
Seminars are 2 hours long and include time for questions with Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch Staff.
