BC Stats has been producing demographic-based population estimates and projections to inform and support provincial and local governments in British Columbia for over 30 years.

From a single island, to a municipality, or the entire province, we have used our expertise and relationship with all levels of government to supplement census population data and better represent the evolution of local populations.

BC Stats provides support for custom population statistics and can facilitate data requests for Statistics Canada datasets.
