Supporting employees returning to the office

If you're a supervisor with members of a team that are returning to working in the office, you might be thinking about how to navigate through this change and you may need to have conversations with people about why returning to work in the office is important..

When you have these conversations you really need to appreciate how individual's emotions may be triggered by this change. Even if there's flexibility with working from home, people may feel anxious about having the conversation at all.
