International Trade & Investment Attraction Division

The ITIA Mission is to "to defend and create jobs by ensuring strong economic and fiscal fundamentals, removing barriers to investments and growing exports to powerful new markets."
Working in partnership with many stakeholders, industry and levels of government, the Ministry's ITIA provides integrated trade and investment programs to help B.C. increase exports, develop international partnerships, attract investment and eliminate protectionist measures. The division focuses on key target markets, particularly in Asia, and the eight priority sectors identified in the BC Jobs Plan as having the most potential to bring new dollars into our economy.

This exciting hiring program will include a range of diverse opportunities in the Ministry of Jobs, Tourism and Innovation. We'll be recruiting applicants for numerous positions in International Market Development, International Investment and Company Attraction, Trade Initiatives, Strategy, Policy and Performance, and Division Operations.
