Health & Well-Being workshops offer information on a variety of healthy living-focused topics such as: mental health, mindful communication and listening, resilience and stress management, retirement and more. The workshops are delivered in person in locations across the Province and via Skype.

Health & Well-Being workshops offer information on a variety of healthy living-focused topics such as: mental health, working mobile, retirement and more! 

Due to COVID and physical/social distancing, all the summer roster offerings are webinar based and delivered via Skype.

We are excited to offer a full roster of Health & Well-Being workshops this summer. Some of these workshops are offered in partnership with our service provider, Morneau Shepell, while others are provided by the Public Service Agency.

Health & Well-being: Allies for a Safe and Healthy Workplace E-Learning Course

This 40-minute self-directed, e-learning course is accessible at any time. The course raises awareness in supervisors and employees of the importance of health and safety issues at work, and how every individual contributes to a safe and healthy workplace.
