Health and well-being workshops offer information on a variety of healthy living-focused topics such as: gratitude, strength and resilience, stress reduction and more!

Due to COVID-19 and physical/social distancing, all the spring roster offerings are webinar based and delivered via Skype.

We are excited to offer a full roster of Health and well-being workshops for July to August. Some of these workshops are offered in partnership with our service provider, LifeWorks, while others are provided by the Public Service Agency.

Health and well-being: Allies for a Safe and Healthy Workplace E-Learning Course

This 40-minute self-directed e-learning course is accessible at any time. The course raises awareness in supervisors and employees of the importance of health and safety issues at work, and how everyone can contribute to a safe and healthy workplace.

Health and well-being: workplace resources for healthy living

This 35-minute webinar is accessible anytime. This recorded session includes detailed information about Employee and Family Assistance Services (EFAS), including the many services offered, eligibility, and how to access these resources. This is followed by an overview of additional health and safety-focused services and resources available through the Public Service Agency.
