Family support services

Family Support Services offer confidential support for a broad range of family-related issues, including child care and parenting, intimate relationships, and elder care challenges.

Last updated: September 7, 2021

These services are free, voluntary, and available to everyone, including all auxiliary employees and all employees receiving a Short Term Illness and Injury Plan (STIIP) or long-term disability benefits. Family members who normally live with an employee may also use these services.

Depending on your needs, an intake counselor may redirect you to telephone, online, or digital resource kit supports.
