HR Analytics provides online, self-service access to human resource reporting information in order to support those directly involved in workforce planning and ministry executive staffing.
Summary reports include
- Short Term Illness and Injury Plan (STIIP) rates
- Hiring and exit activity
- Staffing activity
- FTE utilization rates
- Head counts
- Diversity rates
- Employee movement
- Establishment reports for position and employee listings and vacancy information
- Training detail
Senior financial officers can also access STOB50 summary reports to support managed hiring plans.
Deputy ministers, strategic human resource staff and senior financial officers have access to the HR Analytics site. Other corporate services staff may be given access by the deputy minister, strategic HR director or executive financial officer.
To request access, contact your strategic human resource director or executive financial officer for approval, and submit an AskMyHR service request. Use the category Myself (or) My Team/Organization > HR Software Systems Support > HR/Workforce Analytics Access.
