- Revision to Chapter 100
  - 100.9 replaced with new/revised content
  - sample/typical checklists are no longer provided within the chapter
    - links are now provided to typical checklists, etc.
  - references to section 100.11.3 or later updated for removal of checklists
  - chapter now refers to QA/QC documents as "typical" instead of "example" or "sample"
    - typical means the document is intended to be modified to suit a particular project
  - added heading 100.3.1.1 for Typical Planning Stage Studies (content reworded for readability)
  - replaced "BC MoTI" with "Ministry" througout the chapter
  - 100.5.4.4 changed "Revised Policy for Mitigating ... Noise" to "new Noise Policy for mitigating ... noise"
  - 100.5.5.1 (and forward) Chapter 100 now uses the word "acceptance" instead of "approval"
  - all links checked and revised as needed
  - chapter is 24 pages long instead of 48
  - section 100.11.3 is now the last section
  - section 100.11.3 contains a list of sheets/checklists with a link to the website
