Quittin’ Time is available if you are an employee of the BC Public Service or another organization with coverage under the BC Public Service benefit plan. Your family members and dependents are also eligible.

If you want to find out more about the program call us, even if you're not sure you are ready to quit. Signing up will give you access to a series of seven counselling calls. You can register as many times as you want.
Whether you have recently quit or are planning to quit soon, use this 14-week mobile texting service as your on-the-go motivation. Helpful tips and motivational support texts are sent to your personal cell phone.
You can also temporarily suspend the text service if travelling outside of the country to avoid paying roaming costs. Simply text STOP before you leave, and then text RESUME to restart your messages upon your return. This service is available at no cost to you (maximum three messages a day), but standard message and data rates may apply, including global roaming charges if you travel outside the country. Check with your wireless carrier.
