Some scholarships and awards are available specifically to Grade 12 students who are completing high school.
Finish high school and get your Dogwood Certificate or complete prerequisites for a post-secondary program by enroling in free Adult Basic Education courses. Eligible students may also receive financial assistance for books, supplies and other costs.
Most post-secondary programs and courses have tuition or fees associated with them. Additional education expenses can also include textbooks, stationery supplies, uniforms or specialized tools. You will need to plan and budget to afford these costs.
Most students use employment income, savings, assets and support from family members to pay for their post-secondary education. Additional options include grants, loans and awards like scholarships or bursaries.
