What is ISST? How it can help you?
Click here for a short explanation and a video.
The ISST brings together staff from the ministries of Social Development, Children and Family Development, Health, and, when necessary, Education. Alongside Community Living BC (CLBC) staff, ISST staff can review the government services that are available to people with developmental disabilities and their families. The goal is to ensure people with developmental disabilities receive the best possible services
The ISST helps deal with concerns about services from CLBC and one or more ministries or agencies. If you have questions about one particular agency, ministry, and/or service only, please contact the ministry or agency responsible directly at:
Community Living BC
Ministry of Social Development
Ministry of Children and Families
Ministry of Health
BC Public Guardian and Trustee
The Integrated Services Support Team (ISST) helps people with developmental disabilities solve problems they may have with services they receive from Community Living BC (CLBC) and any other B.C. government ministries and agencies.
We help people with developmental disabilities and their families when they have concerns about the services they are receiving from multiple B.C. government ministries or agencies.
